thelo (ABN: 83 573 991 178) is operated by Christian, based in Melbourne, Australia, at 20 Lobelia Drive, Altona North VIC 3025. These terms apply whenever you use this site, submit the free assessment, or purchase a service through it.

What we offer

thelo designs, builds, and supports custom AI systems (voice agents, chatbots, quoting tools, and similar) for businesses. Services shown on this site are scoped individually — the free assessment gives you a recommendation, not a binding quote, until we've confirmed the details with you directly.

Pricing and payment

This site does not publish prices. Pricing is quoted per engagement — your monthly rate and any one-time setup fee depend on your specific setup and are confirmed with you in writing before anything is billed.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and processed securely through Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
You can cancel a subscription at any time — it's month-to-month with no lock-in contract.

Refunds and consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that our services be provided with due care and skill, and be fit for the purpose we've agreed to. If a service doesn't meet that standard, contact us at [email protected] and we'll work with you to fix it, which may include a partial or full refund of the affected charge at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information when scoping a build, to use any delivered AI system lawfully, and not to use it in a way that harms us, our other clients, or third parties.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, thelo's liability for any claim arising from these terms or the services we provide is limited to the amount you've paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where Australian Consumer Law guarantees a broader remedy that can't be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site or an active service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
